I had my first really bad eating day of the year. I consumed no vegetables (unless pizza sauce counts), therefore breaking my New Year’s resolution. 😦
This poor diet was due to a family health issue which caused me to spend most of the day in the hospital/emergency room. I think this is the total list of food I consumed during the day: peanut butter granola bar, glazed donut, bite of oatmeal, chocolate peanut butter protein bar, and a slice of sausage pepperoni pizza.
Oh well. Sometimes life gets in the way of good intentions.
